It is not acceptable for people to not be passing AF, and/or to be going afk repeatedly or for long periods of time.
If you need to go afk you must make it short (2-3 minutes) or temp log if it is going to be longer than a couple minutes. Just let a leader know and it won't be a big deal. Then let your party leader know you are back so you can be invited back to your alliance and carry on with the run.
There isn't really a reason to fail to pass AF. If it happens once or twice it's not so bad, maybe you some how didn't see it drop or you thought you passed it but you actually passed the O bronze piece above it. If it's happening every time something drops, you are being disrespectful to your linkshell mates. This is a blatant act of breaking linkshell policy and will not be tolerated.
It will get around to leadership if people are repeatedly doing these things and then offenders will lose lotting rights. If this situation where lotting rights are lost isn't enough to get it across that people need to follow policies, then offenders will not be welcome at our runs and will be kicked from Villains.
We are not asking a lot, it's really simple actually. There is a running list of people reported as going afk or failing to pass AF, which means people are already being watched. If you think you might be on this list, then change your behavior to fix the problem. If you are unable to fix the problem then you will not be doing dynamis with our group.
The following people are currently on behavior warning from the run on 10/19/09, and if unable to fix passing or afk issues, will be losing rights at the next run. This means they lot nothing for the rest of that run and then will have a "1/1 regaining rights" comment at the following run they attend.
